We purchased the complete kitchen package and W/D for our new build and the process was smooth. Our sales rep, "Q", was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to our questions and provided quick quotes (even after hours and on weekends). Where do I start? I can sit here all day and tell you how great of an experience I had doing business with this company. My appliances came in today and were delivered and installed on time! It’s tough living without a refrigerator and I’m glad I went with Sara Appliance & Electronics because they got mine in ASAP. Not to mention, their prices are incredible! KP was great to work with and was very knowledgeable of all the products that he was selling. He will steer you in the right direction and will make sure you have the appliances you need within your budget . I will definitely be doing business with them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. 5 star & A++ service all around. They will match or even beat anyone’s prices. Definitely got a great deal with my refrigerator and washer/dryer!

I don't know what we would have done had Chuck Katz not been our appliance representative! He assisted us with the purchase of all appliances needed for 2 historical homes. Needed to purchase a refrigerator, started at Lowes and had 2 delivered damaged, delivery people rude. Cancelled and looked for better retailer. Worked with KP to find a double oven that would fit in my current cabinet space. I also had an electrical connection constraint of 40 amps maximum. We narrowed 3 options down to one and it was a perfect fit!! I would highly recommend working with KP and Sara Appliances for your major appliance needs.

We are so thankful to Kaushal Parikh at Sara Appliance & Electronics! Simply put, he is a miracle worker! Our 20 year old built-in refrigerator stopped working, and we were told by our local College Station appliance stores and all big box stores that we would have to wait a MINIMUM of one year for a replacement. In fact, we were even told that the stainless steel brand we were looking for was no longer available. After contacting many stores in the Houston area, Kaushal at Sara Appliance and Electronics was the ONLY person to return our inquiries. He immediately contacted us and offered to help! And help he did! He found EXACTLY what we were looking for and arranged delivery to College Station in a matter of a few days! He delivered unbelievable service and professionalism! The built in refrigerator fits perfectly and matches all of our other appliances. Truly amazed and grateful!
